mil44 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Introduction

Welcome to mil44. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mil44 ("mil44", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the mil44 website, mobile platform, games, betting products, and all related services available at mil44.biz.

mil44 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for players in Pakistan. All services are provided and settled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on mil44, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one registered account on mil44. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3.2 Accurate Information Required

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your mil44 account. This includes your legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process or subsequent verification. mil44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — secure and confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. mil44 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Account Verification

mil44 may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage — including before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Verification documents may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or confirmation of your payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

mil44 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

• Easypaisa — deposits and withdrawals
• JazzCash — deposits and withdrawals
• NayaPay — deposits and withdrawals
• SadaPay — deposits and withdrawals
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — deposits and withdrawals
• Visa / Mastercard debit and credit cards — deposits and withdrawals subject to bank processing

4.2 Currency

All transactions on mil44 — deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals — are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is subject to the requirements of the chosen payment method. Maximum single transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction within your mil44 account.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

mil44 targets processing of withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 15 minutes for standard amounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via IBFT may take 30 to 60 minutes. Card withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when verification is required.

4.5 Funds Origin

You confirm that all funds deposited to your mil44 account are legitimately yours and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. mil44 may request evidence of the source of funds for deposits above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering procedures.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

mil44 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which include wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum odds, maximum bet amounts during wagering, and expiry periods.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your mil44 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements represent the number of times the bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets. For example, a Rs 500 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement requires Rs 7,500 in qualifying bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all bonuses on mil44 unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Maximum stake per bet while wagering a bonus is Rs 500 unless the specific promotion states differently.
• Bets placed on sports with odds below 1.50 (decimal) do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Casino game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game — slots typically contribute 100%, table games and live dealer may contribute 10% to 50%.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Depositing to claim a second bonus while a first is active will result in the first bonus being forfeited.
• Bonuses expire 30 days after being credited unless a specific promotion states a different period.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

mil44 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that bonuses have been claimed or wagered in bad faith, using arbitrage strategies, matched betting across accounts, or any other method designed to exploit the bonus without genuine playing intent.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your mil44 account balance. Bets placed in error before confirmation is received have not been accepted. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled by the player except where the Cash Out feature is available and exercised before event settlement.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake on sports betting and games at mil44 is Rs 50 per bet. Maximum stakes vary by market and event and are displayed in the bet slip before you confirm. mil44 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, event, or for any individual player account at its discretion.

6.3 Odds Changes

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed on the bet slip at the moment of confirmation are the odds at which your bet is accepted. If odds change between you selecting a market and confirming your bet slip, you may be offered the new odds or asked to reconfirm.

6.4 Void Bets

mil44 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: event cancellation; obvious pricing errors where published odds deviated materially from the true market value; incomplete events where insufficient play occurred; technical errors affecting the bet acceptance process; or any other circumstance expressly covered in sport-specific rules.

6.5 Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets combining multiple selections are subject to all individual selection rules. If one selection in an accumulator is voided, the accumulator is recalculated as if that selection was not included. Parlays that include selections from the same event or where the results are correlated may be voided or settled at the discretion of mil44.

6.6 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and connection integrity. mil44 cannot guarantee that in-play bets will be accepted at all times during a live event. In-play bets that are placed during a stoppage in play may be voided if the relevant outcome occurred before or during the stoppage period, even if the outcome became known to the player before it was reflected in the live feed.

7 Casino and Card Games

All casino and card game outcomes on mil44 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) for standard digital games, or by physical card dealing in live dealer environments. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and form part of the agreement when you enter a game session.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each casino game is published within the game information section. RTP figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

Progressive jackpot amounts displayed in PKR represent the actual jackpot prize payable to the winning player. No conversion or deduction is applied to jackpot payouts at mil44. Jackpot winnings above Rs 1,00,000 may be subject to standard verification requirements before release.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mil44 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or operating more than one account, or assisting another person to do so.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool to place bets or interact with the platform in ways not available through the standard user interface.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued through a known software error may be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player formats.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other attempt to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are placed at mil44.
• Using funds derived from unlawful activity or money laundering in your mil44 account.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming and betting.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party for the purpose of placing bets or playing games on your behalf.
• Abusing, threatening, or harassing mil44 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

mil44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity.
• Determination that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, mil44 is not obligated to return any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for administrative or commercial reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

10 Responsible Gaming

mil44 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes responsible gaming seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications at intervals you choose during active gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen reminders of how long your session has been active.
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from all mil44 services. Self-exclusion requests are effective immediately.
• Account Cooling-Off — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of your choosing.

12 Limitation of Liability

mil44 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. mil44 will not be liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime or scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Internet connectivity issues on the part of the player.
• Third-party payment processing delays outside mil44's control.
• Incorrect information provided by the player during account registration or verification.
• Losses arising from authorised or unauthorised use of your account credentials by third parties where you failed to maintain their security.
• Changes to game rules, odds, or market availability as permitted under these Terms.

In all cases, the maximum liability of mil44 to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their mil44 account in the 30 days preceding the incident.

13 Changes to These Terms

mil44 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mil44 will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Continued use of the mil44 platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you may close your account before the changes take effect by contacting support.
